Massage therapy is a great way to let your body know that it is loved and appreciated, as well as an opportunity for stillness. 60-Minute sessions provide enough time to address the full body, but you can let me know if you'd like to focus more time on a specific area. 

Sessions will be customized to your needs and may include techniques from the following modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral, reflexology and assisted stretching. 

Application of a hot towel and/or cooling eye mask are available to you at no extra charge. Please send a note with your booking if interested.

60-Minute Custom Massage

These sessions are currently discounted. Prices will inch closer to my standard 60-minute fee as my experience and training progresses. *A $5 discount will be applied if paying with cash or check.*

This is a gentle, non-invasive technique that works with the natural rhythms of your body to promote relaxation and healing. By gently manipulating the craniosacral system, this therapy can help to release tension and improve the functioning of your central nervous system. 

Wear something loose and comfortable, no jeans or belts. You will remain fully clothed during the session.

60-Minute Craniosacral Session

90-Minute Custom Massage

120-Minute sessions are a real treat if you enjoy extended stillness, deep relaxation, would like to incorporate craniosacral therapy into your session, or if you wish to work on multiple focus areas.   

Sessions will be customized to your needs and may include techniques from the following modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral, reflexology and assisted stretching.

120-Minute Custom Massage

45-minute sessions are meant to address a specific area of concern and do not provide enough time to address the full body. These shorter sessions are valuable and efficient as part of an injury recovery plan, or to manage muscle tension or pain caused by illness or circumstances of daily life.
