Choice of a full-body relaxation massage (addressing general tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, back, and legs)

OR focused therapeutic work limited to 1-2 targeted areas. 

This ensures we can maintain an unhurried pace while giving those areas the nuanced attention they need.

Targeted sessions may include techniques from the following modalities: Swedish, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, stretching, and cupping therapy. Deep tissue work may be applied where needed.

Every session includes:
• Hand-crafted, unscented massage cream using only four ingredients: organic shea butter, mango butter, rice bran oil, and Vitamin E oil 
• Hot towel application to conclude your session
• Water or can of seltzer
